INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Working with a variety of age groups and differing issues I am experienced working with low mood, low self-esteem/confidence,
feelings of worthlessness, disordered eating and struggles when adapting to change. You may be troubled by a range of
feelings: worry, sadness, confusion, anger, guilt, despair, shame, isolation or jealousy.
I use Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychoanalysis fluidly to match the needs of each
session. I have additional knowledge and training within other theoretical modalities which can be drawn upon and utilised
within our counselling work to suit your individual needs: Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt, Solution Focused Brief
Therapy (SFBT) and Choice/Reality Therapy.
When using an integrative model I am able to draw together the best parts of each theory to help support you, providing
you with the knowledge and skills to enable you to move forward and become a better version of you.
